About Danny Klecko:

Klecko is a Master Bread Baker who has baked in kitchens from St Paul to Siberia. In addition to baking for Gorbachev and multiple American Presidents, he has been fortunate enough to bake for hotels, restaurants, and casinos across the Twin Cities. Klecko is also an award-winning poet who has been featured in the Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, and The New York Times.
